Established in 2011 and named in honour of Dr Ursula Hoff, philanthropist, art historian, university lecturer, former Deputy Director of the National Gallery of Victoria and the last London Adviser to the Felton Bequest, the Ursula Hoff Institute is a non-profit cultural organisation dedicated to the support of visual and performing arts.

The Ursula Hoff Institute is inspired by the high intellectual standards of Dr Hoff’s research and scholarship, and promotes and facilitates advancement of individuals within performing and visual arts through the range of awards and prizes.

The Ursula Hoff Institute has received Deductible Gift Recipient status (DGR).
